4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may be refunded or withheld pending investigation.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to the smsm.ph customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory review.
13.3 The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the process described in Section 13.2.
